As I have been a carpenter and joiner for many years, this has given me the chance to increase my skill in creating and restoring a vast range of items. It has also allowed me to pursue my passion for giving wood the chance to be re-used and have a new lease of life.
So before you think about taking your unwanted items to the dump, and replacing them with ‘flat pack’ furniture that you need an ‘ology’ to put together. I would like to show that through the restoration of pre-loved or well-worn antique and vintage furniture, you can make an item into something usable or decorative, enhancing its beautiful patina and re-developing it for indoor or outdoor use.
Through years of experience, I have been able to diversify, and I’ve learnt to use and create items on my lathe. I also have access to sand blast items, as well as welding and I am also qualified to ‘pat test’ the electrical items that I have given a new life to.
I undertake commissioned work and make a range of new items for the home and garden. All my products are hand crafted and mainly from salvaged, weathered or fallen timbers.
If you do not see a piece that meets your specific requirements, just give me a call and we can discuss your request.
Thank you for looking, and I hope you have enjoyed viewing my items as much as I have enjoyed making and restoring them.
Please email or phone me if you would like further information.
